Joshua Nelson-Archer has litigated on behalf of clients throughout Texas in both state and federal courts. Josh handles a general litigation docket with a special focus on construction defects, professional liability for engineers/architects/insurance agents/real estate brokers, commercial disputes, oilfield accidents, premises liability, employment disputes and personal injury litigation. In addition to an active litigation docket, Josh is a Texas mediator.

Josh is licensed to practice law in both Texas (1999) and Arkansas (2000) as well as in United States District Courts, Southern and Eastern District of Texas, Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Josh graduated from the University of Texas in 1996 with a degree in Economics and from St. Mary’s School of law in 1999.
