Rymer, Moore, Jackson & Echols, P.C. is a Houston-based civil defense firm with a high level of expertise in matters involving insurance defense and insurance coverage issues. Since 1992, this well-balanced legal practice has provided quality and cost-efficient representation to clients in all state and federal courts in Texas.
The firm provides defense in personal injury and property damage cases for manufacturing companies, oilfield companies, construction companies, physicians, health care providers, nursing homes, architects, engineers, attorneys, insurance retail agents and insurance brokers. They also handle personal injury cases for a broad range of businesses such as medical facilities, general contractors, subcontractors, hotels and property management companies.
Nathan M. Rymer’s experience includes such diverse areas as product liability, toxic torts, construction defects, premises liability litigation, and oil and gas litigation. His practice also involves analyzing and litigating insurance coverage issues arising out of alleged insurance bad faith, insurance policy formation disputes, equitable subrogation claims and declaratory judgment actions. He has also handled appeals in numerous state and federal courts of appeal.
Having litigated cases in state and federal courts throughout the country, Rymer’s trial experience, legal problem solving and unyielding dedication to each client’s case have continuously set him apart from other attorneys. Texas Monthly magazine named Rymer a “2004 Super Lawyer Rising Star.”
