Virginia Pederson maintains a diverse defense litigation practice throughout the State of Texas. She primarily represents and defends clients in the areas of medical malpractice, premises liability, construction dispute, and personal injury litigation, including oilfield accidents and injuries and wrongful death disputes, at both the trial and appellate level. She handles all aspects of litigation in both state and federal courts. Ms. Pederson is dedicated to effective and efficient representation and the development of strong client relationships.
Ms. Pederson was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2007. She has also been admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern, Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas.
Ms. Pederson received her undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University and her law degree from the University of Houston, where she was a traveling member of the nationally recognized mock trial team and served as social chair and secretary of Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity. She lives in Houston with her husband, Jeremie, and son, Sam.
